Cancellations, Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy
Cancellations will be accepted if the order has not yet shipped. To cancel your order please submit an email to: help@merchbuilders.com. Once the cancellation has been submitted a refund will be issued. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your refund to show up in your account. Returns and exchanges will only be provided for defective merchandise, otherwise, all sales are final!Can you ship my order to multiple locations
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to multiple locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.My package is lost, returned or was stolen.
Please note, we have absolutely NO control over your package once it leaves our facility. For issues with lost or delayed deliveries, please contact the shipping carrier. The main reason for returned packages is wrong or incorrect address data. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an old/incorrect address that comes through with an order or charges that may be incurred due to rerouting or reshipping of packages due to wrong or incorrectly entered addresses. We will try to accommodate a change of address if we get your message before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee it. Package theft has increased dramatically and we work hard to ensure the safe delivery of your order, however, we are not responsible for packages lost in transit or stolen from doorsteps/mailboxes/delivery addresses. Please make the necessary arrangements to ensure the successful delivery of your package. You must contact the carrier to resolve any issues.I am missing items in my order.
The main reason you would be missing items is that they are on backorder. Typically if a particular item is on backorder there will be a note on the packing slip stating that along with the estimate time of delivery.
To keep you from waiting for your whole order we opt to send all items that are in stock and ship the backorders items as they come in.
I received the wrong item.
We're human, and every so often, we might mispack an item. If this happens, please submit an email to: help@merchbuilders.com. We will send you a return label to send back the incorrect product and we'll ship out the correct item(s) as soon as possible.
HELP, I entered the wrong shipping address.
We will try to accommodate a change of address if we get your message before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee it.

If your order has already shipped then you will have to call, UPS or USPS to try and reroute your package. Charges will incur due to rerouting or reshipping of packages due to wrong or incorrect address entered.

International duties, customs, goods and services tax, etc.
When making a purchase, please keep in mind that you, (the customer), are responsible for all duties, import fees, goods and services tax and any other fees that your country may impose on your purchase.
The amount of import tax and duties to be paid depends on the country that the goods are imported from. Duty tax rates are between 0 to 37.5% with the typical rate being 5.63%. A flat rate of 3% applies to e-commerce purchases that are in excess of the US import tax threshold limits.
We have no control for any temporary stalled in transit customs delays.
