How do I track my order?
We print out a shipping label when we prepare your package for shipment. Once your package hits the mail stream you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information.
We generally have all orders ready to ship within 2 to 5 days (not including shipping times, weekends or holidays), so you can expect a tracking number within that time. If you do not receive a tracking number via email, please be sure to contact us.
Please note that some email providers will force these emails into your spam / junk folders, so be sure to check there before contacting us.
How do you ship?
We ship with USPS and UPS. Please note, UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes.Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship to the U.S. and Canada. If you are unable to purchase due to your location please submit an email to: help@merchbuilders.com to inquire about getting your products shipped you your location.
